0. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of WowFactories products. Because our first product, ‘The Combine Driver’ is launching on Kickstarter, your purchase experience may differ slightly from a standard online store.
By backing our campaign or pre-ordering through Kickstarter, you agree to these Terms, which are designed to be clear, fair, and accountable for both you and us.

1. Orders & Contract Formation
• For Kickstarter backers, your “order” is a pledge made through Kickstarter’s platform. Your agreement is primarily with WowFactories as the creator, with Kickstarter serving as the facilitator of the transaction.
• Your pledge becomes binding once the campaign ends successfully and Kickstarter processes your payment. At that point, WowFactories commits to producing and delivering your selected reward.
• All updates on production, fulfillment, and delivery will be communicated directly through Kickstarter and our official channels.
• For post-campaign pre-orders made via our website or partner platforms, your order is binding upon confirmation of payment.

2. Product Information & Availability
• The Combine Driver has been carefully prototyped, tested and validated. However, as with any new product entering production, final specifications may include minor refinements. These will always improve durability, usability, or safety; never downgrade them.
• Kickstarter pledges are tied to specific production runs, so availability is limited. Later orders will be fulfilled independently on our website and partner platforms.

3. Pricing & Payment
• All pledge amounts on Kickstarter are displayed in SGD (unless otherwise converted by the platform for your region).
• Kickstarter processes payments once the campaign ends successfully. If the campaign does not meet its funding goal, your pledge will not be charged.
• For post-campaign orders made via our website or partner platforms, payment will be processed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Pre-Orders & Kickstarter Fulfillment
• Kickstarter is not a traditional online store; it’s a platform for supporting innovation. By pledging, you are helping us bring the Combine Driver to market.
• Production timelines are shared in good faith, based on careful planning with our manufacturing partners. If delays occur, we will provide transparent updates in a timely manner.
• Orders (outside Kickstarter) are tied to the same production batches and will be fulfilled sequentially.
• Kickstarter pledges follow Kickstarter’s policies and cannot be refunded by WowFactories directly. For website orders made after the campaign, our standard returns and withdrawal policy applies (see Section 6).

5. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping fees for Kickstarter pledges will be managed separately by WowFactories just before dispatching.
• Delivery estimates are based on your location and the production timeline. You will always receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
• If your package arrives damaged, notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours. Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Withdrawals
• Kickstarter pledges are not refundable through WowFactories. Please refer to Kickstarter’s policy for more information.
• For orders placed directly through our website after the campaign, you can:
-A 14-day withdrawal period (if legally applicable in your country).
-An additional 30-day return window for unused products in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are processed once the product is returned and inspected. Deductions may apply for damage or missing parts.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping error.

7. Warranty & Responsibility
• All WowFactories products come with a standard lifetime part replacement warranty towards manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship. Details will be provided with your product.

-Damage caused by accidents
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We cannot be held responsible for indirect or incidental losses beyond what is legally required.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
